Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Solution Architect to design and deliver integration solutions for UST HealthProof core-admin ecosystem. You will work with health plan customers, vendors, and internal teams to architect enterprise integrations and ensure scalable, reusable designs.

The role requires 12+ years in technology integrations, 7+ years in technical leadership, healthcare domain knowledge, AWS, Java/Spring, and strong communication. Remote US-based, full-time, travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience architecting enterprise software solutions in healthcare payor domains.
• Deep knowledge of core admin platforms, enrollment, claims adjudication.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural conversations with customers and internal teams.
• Define and govern enterprise integration architectures and reusable designs.
• Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvements and new tech.
• Mentor technical staff and ensure governance compliance.
• Collaborate with customers, partners and product teams across geos.
