The candidate will lead architecture design, oversee end-to-end projects, and drive initiatives around security, scalability, and integration with EHR systems in healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in solution architecture within healthcare environments.
• Experience guiding architecture during divestitures and acquisitions.
• Proven ability to align stakeholders and harmonize technology across domains.
• Ability to define and implement architecture standards and governance frameworks.
• Experience developing AI roadmaps for healthcare (generative AI, ML, NLP).
• Healthcare provider industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement architecture patterns for complex business and technology needs.
• Provide end-to-end architecture oversight to ensure consistency with enterprise standards.
• Lead initiatives focused on scalability, maintainability, security, and extensibility.
• Identify and resolve issues between architecture and vendor solutions.
• Formulate implementation and migration strategies.
• Lead planning and orientation sessions with IT project managers.
