Spotnana is seeking a Solutions Architect to translate complex technical concepts into business value for enterprise customers. You will partner with sales and engineering, analyze systems, and design scalable solutions across APIs, ERP, HRIS, and payments.

You will lead deployments, collaborate across teams, and drive adoption with documentation and training. A strong background in SaaS, travel tech, or consulting is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience deploying enterprise software or leading implementations.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across technical and business teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and strategies.
• Strong data modeling, systems thinking, and analytical problem-solving.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or complex ecosystems.
• Nice to have: background in consulting, finance, or travel technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers as a strategic and technical advisor throughout the lifecycle.
• Analyze customer systems and data flows to design scalable solutions using Spotnana.
• Lead configuration, integration, and deployment across APIs, ERP, HRIS, booking, payments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering for outcomes.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and guide customers through resolution and optimization.
• Create documentation and training resources to support adoption and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI to improve workflows.
