Job summary

RainFocus is seeking an exceptional Solution Architect to own the architectural design for client event programs, aligning platform configurations with strategic objectives and ensuring scalable, innovative solutions. You will mentor teams, guide complex integrations, and lead discovery with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software implementation experience for enterprise-level clients, with 3-5 years in SaaS event technology; RainFocus experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and translate complex requirements, configurations, and integrations across multiple systems.
• Proven ability to own overall solution architecture for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations.
• Trusted advisor to executive-level client stakeholders; align solutions with long-term business strategy.
• Proven track record of creating efficiencies through process design, driving adoption, and measuring impact.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project requirements while maintaining quality.
• Experience in the event technology, marketing technology, or enterprise B2B SaaS implementation space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical executives.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall solution architecture for client implementations, designing scalable, feasible architectures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to VP and C-suite stakeholders, guiding strategic discovery and alignment.
• Lead end-to-end solution design and drive platform adoption with Solution Consultants and technical teams.
• Provide oversight across the client implementation portfolio, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables.
• Lead discovery calls, post-conference reviews, and client communications to maintain transparency and growth.
• Mentor Solution Consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
• Contribute to thought leadership and process improvements through whitepapers and presentations.
