Job summary

OJ Digital is scaling its post-sales team in New York, seeking a hands-on Solution Architect to own enterprise customer implementations from design through Go-Live and beyond.

You'll partner with customer engineering teams to design, build and troubleshoot REST API integrations, mapping data, and coordinating with ERP and financial systems like SAP, Oracle and NetSuite. This role requires 3–6 years of hands-on API-focused experience and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in solutions architecture or hands-on technical implementation.
• Post-sales implementation experience in a B2B SaaS or API-first technology company.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, authentication and data mapping.
• Experience integrating with ERP, billing or financial systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with customer engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout implementation
• Run implementation meetings, project syncs and occasional on-site customer sessions
• Feed customer requirements, implementation challenges and feature requests back into Product and Engineering

We’re working with a rapidly scaling, Series C SaaS business building an API-first platform used by some of the world’s largest technology companies.

Following a recent funding round and significant team growth, they’re looking for a Solution Architect to join their post-sales team in New York and own complex technical implementations for enterprise customers.

This is a hands-on implementation role rather than a traditional pre-sales position. You’ll work directly with customer engineering teams, taking projects from initial requirements and solution design through integration, Go-Live and post-launch support.

The platform is highly technical and API-driven, so we’re looking for someone who has genuinely worked hands-on with APIs and integrations, rather than simply configuring pre-built connectors.

• Approximately 3-6 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Implementation, Technical Account Management or a similarly hands-on customer-facing technical role
• Post-sales implementation experience within a B2B SaaS or API-first technology company
• Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, authentication and data mapping
• Able to explain in detail how you have personally built, implemented or debugged API integrations
• Experience integrating with ERP, billing, accounting or other financial systems
• Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers through technically complex implementations
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working directly with customer engineering teams
• Comfortable operating as an individual contributor
• Able to work on a hybrid basis in New York City
