Qualifications

10 years of extensive experience with Salesforce and Order‐to‐Cash implementations.
5+ years of experience designing and implementing automation within CLM and e‐signature tools.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation, Conga X‐Author, and DocuSign APIs.
Ability to capture recommendations and process mappings in clear documentation.
Proven track record of challenging stakeholders in the interest of system scalability.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams to architect and manage Contract Life Cycle Management solutions.
Maintain a holistic view of CRM‑based processes and user personas.
Communicate regularly with diverse stakeholders with varying technical acumen.
Lead projects to enhance tracking and management of CPQ/CLM products.
Implement solutions within Salesforce, ensuring system health and end‐user experience.
