Job summary

Upwind Security, Inc. is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect for the East Coast, with a remote-first role in the United States. You will work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor technical cloud security solutions to meet their needs.

You will lead POC engagements, translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and bridge the gap between customers, sales, and product teams to accelerate deals and improve our platform.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales/Solutions Engineer or similar pre-sales role in cloud security.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing and cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in remote teams.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Terraform, Kubernetes, and containers experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Upwind's cloud security products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to tailor technical solutions for customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead and manage POC engagements to demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions.
• Act as a liaison between sales and product development teams, providing valuable insights from customer interactions.
