Job summary

Upwind Security, Inc. is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our field sales engineering team. You will work with customers on the West Coast, translating complex security needs into practical cloud security solutions.

Responsibilities include understanding Upwind's offerings, guiding customers through technical evaluations, and leading POC engagements to prove value, while collaborating with product and sales teams to close deals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales/Solutions Engineer or similar pre-sales role in cloud security.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes and containers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Upwind's cloud security products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to tailor technical solutions to customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead POC engagements to demonstrate solution effectiveness.
• Act as liaison between sales and product teams from customer interactions.
