Job summary

SimpliGov LLC is seeking a Professional Services Solutions Analyst to translate business needs into scalable, well-designed SaaS solutions. The role combines process analysis, technology, and public sector delivery, with close collaboration to ensure successful implementations across multiple projects.

You will work remotely within 50 miles of Raleigh, NC, with in-person visits 1–2 times per week and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years SaaS or implementation analyst experience.
• Based within 50 miles of Raleigh, NC, with ability to travel state-wide up to twice a week.
• Exceptional attention to detail and emotional intelligence.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customers and projects concurrently.
• Ownership mindset and accountability.
• Creative problem-solving and adaptability.
• Demonstrated experience in application configuration and workflow design.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Awareness of user experience (UX) design/configuration principles.
• Experience with PowerBI dashboard creation, data storytelling, APIs and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with a consultative approach to understand processes and objectives.
• Lead needs gathering through stakeholder engagement.
• Translate customer needs into system designs and configured solutions.
• Configure workflows, forms, integrations, notifications, and reporting.
• Design and support integrations using RESTful APIs and third-party systems.
• Create PowerBI dashboards aligned to reporting needs.
• Ensure high-quality user experience through UX configuration.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot solution issues across systems and environments.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement.
