Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a Solutions Architect for a 100% remote role supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project. The role leads enterprise architecture, technology solutioning, and technical standards aligned with U.S. Census Bureau priorities, including census preparation, execution, and data analysis.

The position operates within an Agile, SAFe, DevSecOps, and cloud-enabled PMO, with travel to the Washington, DC area for onsite meetings as needed. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 10+ years IT/enterprise tech experience.
• At least 5 years in Agile development and DevSecOps for federal programs.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud environments, analytics technologies.
• Ability to translate complex architectures into detailed federal narratives and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise tech architectures for Census Bureau systems and data analytics.
• Develop architecture specs, standards, and solution-development processes.
• Collaborate with Agile, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, cloud, and data teams.
• Translate architectures into clear specs, diagrams, and guidance.
• Coordinate with managers, engineers, and contractors for scalable, secure solutions.
• Lead briefings, architecture reviews, and documentation to support disciplined delivery.
• Take on additional tasks to support team objectives and project success.
