Job summary

BELAY is a growing Atlanta, GA-based company that provides remote, U.S.-based Assistant and Financial staffing solutions. As an Assistant Solutions Advisor, you will drive new client acquisition and manage opportunities from initial outreach through signed agreements, with occasional in-person meetings and travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful business development, outbound sales, partnership development, and consultative sales experience.
• Experience within financial services, wealth management, banking, professional services, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and proactive business development activities.
• Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation & Business Development: Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and strategic outreach efforts.
• Partnership & Channel Development: Develop and maintain channel, referral, and strategic partnership relationships to support lead generation and growth.
• Networking & Industry Engagement: Represent BELAY at industry events, conferences, networking opportunities, and association meetings.
• Industry Expertise: Develop and maintain understanding of financial advisory and wealth management sectors and communicate BELAY's value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Talent teams to align efforts.
• Sales Operations & Reporting: Use Salesforce or similar platforms to manage pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and maintain records.
