Job summary

BELAY, a growing Atlanta-based company, seeks a Solutions Consultant to identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with prospective BELAY clients throughout the sales cycle. This role focuses on inbound leads plus proactive prospecting to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.

Travel required (minimum 25%). You will coordinate with internal teams, maintain a robust CRM, and deliver compelling virtual sales calls to move prospects toward close, all while upholding BELAY’s values and

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of sales or related experience.
• Ability to connect quickly and build relationships with clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly quotas for new client contracts through inbound and proactive prospecting.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast results.
• Collaborate with Revenue Coordinator to keep materials current and aligned with market needs.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM and ensure daily task completion.
