Job summary

BELAY Corporate is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for Financial Solutions to drive marketing strategy, pipeline, and revenue growth across the service line. This role collaborates with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Creative, and other teams to translate insights into measurable growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, or lead generation.
• 1+ years of people leadership or direct team management experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategies tied to pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, or other measurable business outcomes.
• Experience developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members while establishing clear priorities, expectations, and accountability.
• Own Marketing's contribution to Financial Solutions pipeline and revenue growth.
• Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to develop growth forecasts, lead projections, and performance targets.
• Develop and execute integrated, omnichannel acquisition campaigns across owned, paid, partner, and other relevant channels.
• Identify opportunities to expand into new audiences, verticals, and channels and develop cross-sell strategies across BELAY service lines.
