Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, conducting stakeholder interviews, and translating requirements into technical specs. Travel up to 25% and potential remote work are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; military experience acceptable.
• 12+ years in Product Owner, Senior BA or related roles.
• Strong presentation and leadership with stakeholder influence.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship building.
• Experience with business/technical requirements analysis and modeling.
• Familiar with Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall methods.
• Proficient in Confluence, Jira or similar tools; cloud aptitudes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps with vision and strategy.
• Elicit and translate business needs into technical specs.
• Create epics and user stories for development teams in Jira.
• Prioritize sprint backlog and manage changes with stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and coordinate with onshore/offshore teams.
• Communicate product vision and manage stakeholder expectations.
