Job summary

Slalom is seeking an Architect/Senior Architect-level Solution Owner to lead large development pods in agile software delivery. You’ll partner with Product Owners to shape requirements, write actionable user stories, and guide engineering teams to deliver on time and budget.

You’ll collaborate with Solution Architects to validate approach, manage governance, and communicate status to clients. AI-enabled options are considered to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• Product, project, or program management experience using Agile lifecycles.
• Ability to define and document business and functional requirements for iterative software development.
• Experience liaising between business and technical teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and Lean.
• Strong risk identification and mitigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project governance, cadence, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define the product and write user stories for engineering teams.
• Lead delivery teams, manage issues, risks, and provide status updates.
• Coordinate with engineering leaders to validate technical approach and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations and artifacts.
• Identify AI-enabled capabilities to support development, delivery workflows, or productivity.
