Job summary

Slalom Build seeks a senior leader to oversee a portfolio of technology products from ideation to operation. You will secure cross-functional alignment on scope, benefits, cost, and timeline, while educating stakeholders on capabilities and shaping capability roadmaps and investments.

You will identify unmet business needs, evaluate technology solutions, and lead programs that transform processes or technology capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with experience; advanced degrees with less experience acceptable.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and partnership-building skills.
• Comfort interacting with executives to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of technology products from ideation to operation.
• Secure cross-functional alignment on scope, benefits, cost, and timeline.
• Understand business strategies and influence capability roadmaps and investments.
• Identify unmet business needs and evaluate technology solutions.
• Lead programs transforming processes or technology capabilities.
• Manage a matrix team delivering technology products to the business.
• Own BRM activities as the single point of contact for initiatives.
• Identify reuse opportunities and pilot/MVP solutions.
