Presidio is hiring a Senior Solution Owner to lead product delivery by aligning customer business needs with technical execution. You will drive outcomes through strategic stakeholder collaboration and strong team leadership.

The role requires extensive experience in defining roadmaps, managing epics, and translating business requirements into technical specifications, working across onshore and offshore teams and leveraging Jira/Confluence for agile delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (military optional).
12+ years in a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or related role.
Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership in cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
Experience with business and technical requirements analysis and modeling.
Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product roadmap with clear vision and strategy.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions.
Identify scope, success criteria, and metrics.
Research market trends and implications for strategy.
Create release plans and set delivery expectations.
Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucid, and Visio to manage requirements and epics.
