Job summary

Ladders seeks a Solution Manager to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. The role drives readiness, planning, and execution for complex business and technology initiatives across the organization, partnering with stakeholders to clarify scope, surface risks, and align priorities for quarterly planning.

This remote US-based position offers $120,000–$130,000 annually. You will lead cross-functional delivery, maintain visibility into commitments, and help strengthen delivery discipline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years leading complex business and technology initiatives.
• Experience coordinating across business and technology organizations.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate initiative readiness activities for planning and execution
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify scope, risks, and outcomes
• Coordinate discovery and solutioning for implementation planning
• Identify readiness gaps and coordinate necessary actions
• Support transition of initiatives into quarterly planning
• Drive alignment across teams on priorities and commitments
• Maintain visibility into planning commitments and delivery targets
