Job summary

Litify is seeking a Solution Engineer, Billing Specialist to join the Go-To-Market team in New York. You will support sales efforts, conduct client-focused demonstrations of Litify’s time, billing, and accounting solution, and tailor demos around customers’ billing workflows and fee structures.

The role requires 3–5 years in a law firm billing environment, strong presentation skills, and expertise with Salesforce and Accounting Seed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm billing department or equivalent financial operations.
• Ability to run a full bill cycle from time entry to invoicing and collections.
• Knowledge of billing methods (hourly, flat, contingency, retainers) and trust accounting.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Litify's time, billing, and accounting solution in client meetings.
• Lead discovery sessions to map client workflows and requirements.
• Build and maintain standard demos aligned with product evolution.
• Collaborate with Product for feedback and roadmap influence.
• Guide prospects through the full bill cycle and RFP responses.
