Litify is seeking a Solution Engineer, Billing Specialist to support sales in client-facing meetings and configurations of Litify’s time, billing, and accounting solution. You will lead custom demonstrations tied to Accounting Seed and align demonstrations with client needs, including the full bill cycle and trust accounting.

A background in law firm billing operations is required. You will report to the Director of Solution Engineering and travel domestically about once per month, including

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of law firm billing/finance operations experience.
• Hands-on experience running a full bill cycle (time entry to collections).
• Knowledge of billing structures (hourly, flat fee, contingency, retainers) and trust/IOLTA accounting.
• Familiarity with legal billing concepts (rates, write-downs, realized revenue, LEDES/e-billing).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Support sales in presenting Litify’s time, billing, and accounting value.
• Conduct discovery sessions to map client billing workflows and needs.
• Build and demonstrate Litify’s billing solution powered by Accounting Seed.
• Own and maintain the standard billing demo for the sales team.
• Guide customers through the full bill cycle from time entry to collections.
