Job summary

TRIA is seeking a customer-facing Solution Architect to design and deliver complex SaaS solutions for major CRE organisations. Remote with East/ Central preference, you’ll work at the heart of Delivery across Sales, Product, Data and Engineering to turn complex requirements into scalable architectures.

You will bring 5+ years in Solution Architecture or Enterprise SaaS delivery, with strong data modelling, ETL/ELT and API integrations.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience across Solution Architecture, Enterprise SaaS Delivery or Implementation Consulting.
Strong understanding of data-driven SaaS platforms, workflows and enterprise integrations.
Experience with ETL/ELT, data modelling and API integrations.
Experience with CRE platforms like Yardi, MRI, VTS advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Solution Design: translating complex customer requirements into scalable solution designs and technical specifications.
Enterprise Delivery: acting as the technical design authority across CRE implementations from discovery through go-live.
Data & Integrations: designing data flows, integrations and extensions across a data-driven SaaS platform.
Stakeholder Management: collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Data and Engineering.
Architecture Standards: developing reusable solution patterns and best practices for scalability.
