Job summary

As a trusted advisor, you’ll design scalable solutions, create SAID documents, and provide expertise in PCI, data management, and integrations while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with API based SaaS/PaaS products.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong understanding of API-based software architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, reliable technical solutions for clients.
• Create client-branded SAID documents for each deployment step.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product to define requirements.
• Provide PCI, data management, and integration expertise.
• Train and upskill the delivery team on best practices.
