Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing role focused on technical solution design and implementation.
• 2+ years with modern web technologies (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from technical and business users and design scalable solutions.
• Manage process changes with stakeholders to drive implementations forward.
• Lead workshops and troubleshooting sessions with customer technical teams.
• Advise on best practices to enable long-term platform adoption.
• Stay curious about new technologies and contribute to process improvements.
