Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive solar and energy storage solutions across the assigned region. This fully remote role requires building a robust sales pipeline, conducting virtual consultations, and closing deals with residential and commercial clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in renewable energy sales, deep knowledge of solar/storage systems and financing options, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales, with renewable energy focus.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of solar, storage, and financing options (leases, PPAs).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet territory revenue goals.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads across channels.
• Conduct virtual consultations and educating clients on solar/storage benefits.
• Manage full sales cycle from contact to contract and handover.
• Build relationships with homeowners, businesses, and partners.
• Negotiate pricing/financing and contract terms to close deals.
