NovaSource Power Services is seeking a Business Development Manager—NA to expand the Power Plants and BESS business across North America. You will identify and cultivate client relationships, develop tailored proposals, and negotiate terms to win contracts.

Travel up to 50% (including international) is required as you represent the company during the sales process. Based in Chandler, AZ or Houston, TX, with remote options, you will partner with operations and contracts teams to drive growth

Competenze

• Minimum of 4 years of business development experience in the solar industry.
• Deep understanding of the renewables industry with solar O&M knowledge.
• Demonstrated, measurable experience in B2B sales as a trusted advisor.
• Savvy negotiator with experience in complex proposal development.
• Independent, self-starter with a competitive attitude and hunger to win.
• Excellent oral and written communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Spanish a plus but not required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% including international travel.

Mansioni

• Identify potential clients in NA and LATAM markets and research their business needs.
• Reach out to prospective clients to establish relationships via networks.
• Lead in-person and video sales meetings to present services and value proposition.
• Oversee proposal development with Cost Estimator, Contracts Manager, and Admin Team.
• Follow up with clients to stay in the RFP process and address feedback.
• Negotiate key commercial terms to secure deals.
• Collaborate with Contracts Manager to execute contracts.
• Log and track opportunities and outreach in CRM.
• Develop relationships with clients and offer tailored solutions for renewals and onboarding.
• Stay updated on client news and industry trends.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
