NovaSource Power Services in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive solar/O&M and BESS growth across North America. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution, building trusted client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes relationship-driven B2B selling, market knowledge in renewables, and the ability to manage complex proposals. Travel up to 75% is required; remote work is supported within North America.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of business development experience in solar or renewables preferred
• Strong B2B sales background with measurable results
• Solid understanding of solar and BESS
• Comfortable leading complex proposals and negotiations
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to travel up to 75%

Mansioni

• Identify potential clients active in North America Plants and BESS markets and research their needs
• Reach out to prospective clients through personal and professional networks to establish relationships
• Lead in-person and video sales meetings to explain NovaSource’s services and value proposition
• Manage proposals with the Cost Estimator, Contracts Manager, and Admin Team
• Follow up to address client feedback and stay in the RFP process
• Negotiate key commercial terms to win deals and collaborate on contracts
• Log opportunities and track outreach in NovaSource’s CRM
• Develop relationships with clients for renewals and onboarding of additional sites
• Keep up to date on client news and industry trends
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
