Canadian Solar is hiring a Sr. Business Development Manager for the US Energy Storage market. The role focuses on specifying, planning, and growing new products and solutions, forming productive partnerships with suppliers and customers to expand our Energy Storage business.

You will identify opportunities, engage early adopters, and lead feasibility studies while aligning product roadmaps with leadership. Remote US position with travel as needed and strong bonus potential based on objectives.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years experience in Energy Storage, Wind and Solar industry.
• Proven track record of business development.
• Entrepreneurial sales mindset and can-do attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and understand customer needs, market trends, and input from leadership to align product strategy in Energy Storage.
• Identify opportunities, prepare proposals for RFPs, budgeting, and pricing; negotiate terms and perform post-bid analysis.
• Develop early adopter customers and test/launch new Energy Storage products and solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and business plans for product/service improvements and new development.
• Coordinate with internal teams or external suppliers to ensure product delivery and schedule alignment.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to manage product launch processes.
