Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Business Development Manager - Service to drive bids for PV and BESS projects in North America, including service contracts such as O&M, SLAs, and MSAs. This remote role supports rapid growth and reports to the Service team.

You will collaborate with Sales and Legal, review pricing, and finalize contracts with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and international experience are essential; Spanish or Chinese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Business degree with technology/energy affinity or engineering background with a commercial focus.
• Approximately 5 years in a similar role.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Chinese is a plus.
• Ability to manage international customers and diverse contracts.
• Strong communication, detail-orientation and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead bids for North America PV and BESS projects, including service contracts.
• Coordinate with Sales on non-standard terms within contracts.
• Review service prices with Service Management and create offers.
• Coordinate with legal, service and O&M on special requirements.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales to identify best practices.
• Present final contract to Service organization to meet requirements.
• Collaborate on new markets and service offers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for Service senior management.
