Job summary

Sungrow USA Corporation is seeking a Service Contract Manager for a fully remote position in the United States. The role focuses on developing and maintaining contracts for North America and South America, coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Legal to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and compliance.

The candidate will manage contract changes, price sheets, and service terms while supporting service and sales in new markets and offers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review service requirements within MSAs and LTSA with customers.
• Coordinate with Sales on non-standard terms in contracts.
• Manage contract changes and edits.
• Review service prices and prepare standard price sheets.
• Coordinate with O&M for special requirements on agreements.
• Collaborate with legal on contract details and interpretation.
• Ensure SOW scope reflects final costs.
• Obtain approvals for bespoke scope elements or deviations.
• Maintain and update base agreements and exhibits.
• Propose process improvements with Service and Sales teams.
• Create and maintain databases of contract requirements.
• Present final contract to Service organization to meet requirements.
• Serve as escalation path for contract changes or issues.
• Maintain clear communication to anticipate issues and new requirements.
• Collaborate with Service on new markets and offers.
