Job summary

BNY trains and enables users for a new corporate platform. This role develops end-user training, delivering instructor-led and virtual sessions to help internal and external users transition from legacy processes to the new solution.

The 5-month contract supports a hybrid model with options in New York, NY or Lake Mary, FL, or 100% remote for those not near an office. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to drive user adoption and successful rollout.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in training, enablement, instructional delivery, learning and development, or change management.
• Proven experience developing and delivering training programs for business applications or digital platforms.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to confidently train diverse audiences.
• Experience creating training materials, job aids, user guides, and supporting documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and define learning objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational and facilitation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Training Strategy & Enablement: define requirements, establish standards, and develop enablement plans.
• Content Development: create and maintain training materials, guides, and job aids.
• Training Delivery: lead instructor-led and virtual sessions on new processes & system features.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• User Adoption: support change and reinforce adoption through training and communications.
• Continuous Improvement: evaluate training effectiveness and update materials accordingly.
