Job summary

Elevos is seeking a skilled facilitator to deliver in-person and virtual training on enterprise software like SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, PMWeb, and eBuilder. You will tailor sessions for data analysts, engineers, project managers, asset managers, and executives.

The role requires 5+ years of training experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 25% across U.S. client sites. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience facilitating training sessions OR 3+ years with CPTM/CPTD certification
• 3+ years of experience facilitating training for custom software implementation projects
• 1+ years of experience supporting civil engineering or construction teams in transportation or utilities sectors
• World-class written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced technological aptitude and digital literacy
• Ability to work independently in complex and dynamic environments

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions including system orientation, overview, and practice exercises
• Prepare leaders and SMEs to co-facilitate training sessions
• Coordinate training plans with project teammates and client leaders
• Assist training developers in curricula, slide decks, guides, prompts, and training environments
• Analyze stakeholder data to understand training needs and audience segments
• Prepare and assess post-training surveys and interviews
