Job summary

Bridgeway Benefit Technologies is seeking a customer-facing Project Manager to guide clients through discovery and implementation, ensuring optimal use of our software suite to improve transactional processing, calculations and workflows. You will align projects with business objectives, build detailed work plans, lead teams, and ensure milestones, budgets, and timelines are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience planning and managing the implementation of enterprise level software or IT consulting projects for external stakeholders.
• Ability to work on challenging projects requiring creativity and prioritization of workloads.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and highly resourceful.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum projects, methods, and principles.
• Experience with online PSA tools such as AdaptiveWork/PlanView, SmartSheet.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; PMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from project kickoff through go-live and transition to support.
• Manage communications, escalations, and expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, monitor schedules, budgets and project estimates in the PSA tool.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and accurate forecasting of project financials.
• Monitor resource needs and manage resources efficiently.
• Control scope against contract deliverables and maintain margin objectives.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and speed to market.
• Coordinate training and knowledge transfer to Client Services.
