Mark43 is seeking Software Support Analysts to join our team. You will be on the front lines of customer support, directly interacting with first responders and civilian staff at public safety agencies to improve their experience with our products.

You will troubleshoot issues, escalate to engineering and PM teams, and assist in testing new features as they are developed. Weekend availability may be required for this remote role.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for Software Support Analysts with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software support.
• Fearless approach to technology and demonstrated software troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of issue tracking systems (Zendesk and/or JIRA preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
• Working knowledge of both Windows and MacOS.
• Weekends may be required.
