Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Consultant within Professional Services to lead EHR implementation and training for Long-Term and Post-Acute Care settings. You will translate client needs into configuration, ensure data quality and security, and guide adoption through structured training and change management.

You will work with customers to document requirements, deliver training, and manage stakeholder communications to validate and execute plans, including travel to on-site locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business or technology related field (preferred).
• Experience configuring or implementing a software solution, database testing and end-user support is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the principal liaison for EHR delivery in LTPAC environments.
• Document and translate client requirements into system configurations.
• Deliver high-quality training and readiness assessments.
• Identify adoption risks and coach customer champions.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues with attention to detail.
