PointClickCare is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant to act as the principal liaison with customers, optimizing workflows and guiding configuration within Long-Term and Post-Acute Care settings. You will analyze client processes, lead implementation, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver value and adoption.

The role requires strong communication, 2-4+ years in software implementation, and willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites and regional meetings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills.
• 2-4+ years in a software implementation role.
• Healthcare market experience, preferred.
• Experience configuring or implementing a software solution, database testing and end-user support, preferred.
• Consulting experience within a software organization performing workflow analysis and documenting and delivering recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Principal implementation liaison on the project team documenting customer requirements and translating them into configuration setup.
• Lead detailed business discovery to develop recommendations for delivery and value.
• Translate requirements and execute system configuration setup.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security for customer databases.
• Manage communication among project stakeholders and validate implementation plan.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues with attention to detail.
• Update training databases for new product releases and best practices.
• Identify configuration improvements to drive efficiency and outcomes.
• Establish stakeholder relationships with strong communication and collaboration.
• Lead change management strategies including user readiness and acceptance.
• Test, pilot, and document new professional services offerings.
• Develop expertise in multiple product offerings and end-to-end solution knowledge.
