Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Consultant in Professional Services to lead EHR delivery for Long-Term and Post-Acute Care. You will document requirements, translate them into system configurations, and drive adoption through comprehensive training and change management.

This role emphasizes data quality, security, and effective stakeholder communication. You will travel to client sites as needed, guide detailed discovery, and recommend delivery approaches to maximize value and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business or technology (preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills.
• Previous experience configuring or implementing a software solution, database testing and end-user support (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and quality validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Principal implementation liaison on the project team; documenting customer requirements and translating them into configurations, processes and goals.
• Lead detailed business discovery and develop recommendations to drive outcomes and value.
• Translate requirements and execute system configuration setup (more complex than entry).
• Ensure data quality, integrity and security for all customer databases.
• Assess and validate the implementation plan and manage communication among stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality training to customers based on adult learning principles and best practices.
• Define and communicate training expectations with end users.
• Deliver train-the-trainer programs including coaching for super users and end users.
• Present information using various instructional techniques (role play, simulations, discussions, video, lectures).
• Perform learning needs assessments and readiness assessments to align training with goals.
• Support change management by identifying risks and coaching champions.
• Update training databases for new product releases and best practices.
• Identify configuration improvements to drive efficiency and outcomes.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships through excellent communication and collaboration.
