PointClickCare is seeking a seasoned Sr. Solutions Analyst to deliver exceptional customer experiences for our cloud-based healthcare solutions. You will handle complex technical queries, prioritize tasks, and maintain calm under pressure while supporting long-term care facilities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document issues thoroughly, and mentor peers to uphold service standards across shifts and channels.

Qualifications

• Understanding of long-term care workflows and medical facilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, RCA a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class support for administration, configuration and utilization.
• Develop deep knowledge of cloud-based software to support patient care.
• Resolve complex issues via log analysis, research, or reproduction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver quality outcomes and satisfaction.
• Document problems clearly in the help desk system with steps and resolutions.
• Mentor junior staff on troubleshooting SaaS products and processes.
• Be available for rotating shifts 8am–8pm EST, with overtime as needed.
