Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Field Service Representative to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain Varian Medical Systems equipment across a defined service territory. You will communicate with customers, manage installations, and ensure timely service delivery.

The role requires strong technical and diagnostic skills, plus adherence to VMS training and credentialing requirements. Travel to client sites is expected as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: HS Degree or Equivalent. Preferred: Associate degree, technical/vocational training or military electronics experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair designated VMS equipment within an assigned service territory per VMS guidelines.
• Manage time and maintain a schedule for preventive maintenance, installations, and upgrades as well as customer calls.
• Elevate incidents when necessary and/or request assistance from more experienced reps.
• Examine difficult customer issues, diagnose, and resolve to meet FSR performance levels.
• Maintain territory management and expense reports; manage consignment and other documentation per VMS procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships using written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
