Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair designated VMS equipment.
• Install, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Manage service schedules and customer communications.
• Escalate incidents when needed and coordinate with senior staff.
• Maintain reports and vendor credentialing when required.
