Qualifications

• Associate/Military technical training or HS degree with 4–8 years related experience.
• Knowledge of Windows Server OS, hardware, networking, and database admin basics.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently with customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Varian VMS software and systems.
• Install, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance per guidelines.
• Travel to customer sites for on-site support (up to 20%).
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in CRM.
• Maintain vendor credentialing and comply with security requirements.
• Manage priorities and foster strong customer relationships.
