Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Field Service Representative to service Varian Medical Systems equipment across assigned territories. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance per VMS guidelines to ensure optimal equipment operation.

You will communicate with customers and internal teams, prioritize urgent requests, and escalate when necessary. A valid driver's license and onboarding to vendor credentialing are required; relocation to Columbus area

Qualifications

• Minimum required: field service experience with technical equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex imaging/medical devices.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair designated VMS equipment.
• Manage time and schedule for preventive maintenance and installations.
• Escalate issues when needed and coordinate with senior staff.
• Maintain territory management and document activities and expenses.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
