Job summary

EDB, a leader in data and AI platforms, is seeking a Program Manager II for 100% remote work in the United States. You will oversee a portfolio of technical programs, coordinate with global engineering leaders, and help drive governance, planning cycles, and executive communications for the CTO/Chief of Staff Office.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical programs in a software engineering environment.
• Understanding of how software is built and shipped, including sprints, releases, and dependencies.
• Ability to define the right metrics, track them, and surface risks early.
• Proven ability to collaborate with global teams and senior leaders.
• Strong problem-solving and judgment for complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of technical programs aligned with priorities and deliver consistent outcomes.
• Own the full cadence for programs, including tracking, status and risk logs with early blockers escalation.
• Build and maintain executive-ready reports and dashboards on delivery, spend, support metrics and velocity.
• Lead and facilitate alignment across global engineering teams and senior leaders, clarifying strategic requirements and plans.
• Communicate ideas persuasively to influence decisions and outcomes.
