Job summary

EDB, a data and AI platform leader for PostgreSQL workloads, is seeking a Program Manager II for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will align global engineering teams, manage multiple technical programs, and own governance, reporting, and executive communications for the CTO and PMO team.

• Demonstrated experience managing technical programs with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of technical programs, aligned with priorities and delivering outcomes.
• Own the full cadence for programs, including tracking, status and risk logs; escalate blockers with recommendations.
• Build and maintain executive-ready reports and dashboards on delivery, spend, support metrics and velocity.
• Lead and facilitate alignment across global engineering teams and senior leaders.
• Communicate ideas persuasively to influence team decisions and program outcomes.
