Kobie Marketing is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to lead one or more Agile squads, delivering scalable platform capabilities and client solutions. You will mentor engineers, partnering with Product Owners and Architects to translate business needs into well-designed software.

With 8–10 years in software development and 2+ years in leadership, you will guide backend/frontend technologies (Java, Spring, Angular), cloud deployments with Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices to support

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in software development with 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience leading Agile teams delivering production-grade software.
• Hands-on with backend/frontend tech (Java, Spring, Angular) and testing.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven design, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with cloud, containers, and test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more Agile squads delivering scalable platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA to translate requirements.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery with high quality releases.
• Mentor engineers and grow team skills.
