Comfrt is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a growing team building scalable eCommerce platforms and internal tools. You’ll balance hands-on technical leadership with people management, aligning roadmaps with product, design, and data teams.

You will mentor engineers, drive architecture, and uphold best practices across CI/CD, testing, observability, and code quality. This fully remote role requires a track record of shipping in high‑traffic environments and building

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to mentor and grow engineering teams.
• Experience building and scaling web/backend systems for high-traffic environments.
• Strong collaboration with product, design, and data teams.

Responsibilities
