Job summary

One Call is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute across the development lifecycle, collaborating with business analysts and product managers to deliver quality software for internal partners and external customers.

• Knowledge of end-to-end software development life cycles (waterfall, iterative, agile)
• Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition

Responsibilities

• Provides application software development services or technical support on defined projects
• Follows One Call SDLC Standards and writes/updates documentation
• Develops or modifies program logic for new or existing applications
• Codes, tests, debugs, and maintains software applications
• Maintains and integrates application components and ensures system improvements are implemented
• Works with analysts/product managers to translate requirements into designs
• Participates in planning, analysis, and forecasting for projects
• May provide guidance to other technical professionals
