Job summary

One Call is seeking a Software Engineer to design, code, test, and maintain software used by internal teams and external customers. You will collaborate with business analysts and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

This remote-first role requires a BS in Computer Science or related field and strong knowledge of SDLC, software design, and documentation. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to innovative projects, and support our mission to get injured

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Experience with SDLC and modern software development approaches.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provides software development services or technical support in defined projects.
• Follows One Call SDLC Standards.
• Develops or modifies program logic for new or existing applications.
• Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications.
• Maintains, tests and integrates application components.
• Analyzes requirements and translates business requirements into product designs.
• Conducts planning and forecasting activities for projects.
• May provide leadership or guidance to other technical professionals.
