You will build automated reliability and performance validation for database systems, translating requirements into test constraints and uncovering performance regressions before they reach customers.

• 5+ years of experience in QA and testing performance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Rust or willingness to learn, with knowledge of C++ or Golang.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with AI tools for problem-solving and log analysis.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute automated reliability, regression, and correctness tests in the CI/CD pipeline.
• Implement repeatable test contracts to validate query accuracy and database performance.
• Differentiate between functional validation and exhaustive reliability testing.
• Collaborate with developers to create formal test constraints from engineering specs.
• Investigate performance data variations and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
• Develop automated reports to detect latency regressions and resource issues.
