For our client, we are seeking a Software Engineer, Database Reliability & Performance to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role focuses on building and executing automated reliability and performance validation for database systems within a modern engineering environment. You will work closely with developers to translate engineering requirements into test constraints, improve confidence in query accuracy and system correctness, and help uncover performance regressions before they reach customers. The position also involves analyzing latency and resource usage trends, identifying bottlenecks, and supporting operational readiness through automation and on-call participation.
