Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Software Deployment Lead for a classified DHA project, fully remote. You will coordinate deployment activities, prepare sites and stakeholders for deployment, and ensure successful delivery, adoption, and sustainment in operational environments.

You will work across product teams, enterprise IT (including J6), and program leadership to manage schedules, track risks, and align deployments with priorities, while coordinating with Government Deployment Leadership and

Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting or leading software deployments, system implementation, or program delivery in complex environments.
• Experience in end-to-end deployments including planning, coordination, execution, and sustainment.
• Experience with military or federal programs is strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups (Service, Civilian, Contractor; Technical and non-Technical; J6).
• Strong program and project management, prioritization, schedules, dependencies.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; leadership briefings and status reports.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and organizations to maintain deployment alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align deployment strategy across Services and Government Deployment Leadership.
• Coordinate deployment leads through regular huddles and planning sessions for milestone tracking.
• Oversee cross-service planning to ensure consistent approach and execution.
• Maintain the integrated master schedule and monitor deployment progress.
• Ensure sites are prepared for deployment and that technical readiness is achieved.
• Prepare weekly deployment status updates and executive readouts.
